Individual Adult Therapy

Individual therapy is offered to clients of all ages. Treatment protocols are designed based on client presentation and the goals of change the client would like to achieve. The structure of therapy is based  on interpersonal history and development. Interactional analysis is used to enhance behavioral growth and dynamic effectiveness in negotiating relationships with self and others. Life influences, ranging from developmental adjustment to satisfaction with the aging process, are integrated into therapeutic treatments.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Child/Adolescent therapy is structured with a special focus on attachment issues, adjustment problems, anxiety, and depression symptoms in children and young adults. This therapy provides and facilitates the learning of new interpersonal skills along with behavioral changes that create more comfortable and effective social adjustments. Innovative, comprehensive, and effective specialized IPET programs are offered for developmental disorders including those on the autistic spectrum; attention/focus deficits and hyperactivity. Specialized IPET programs are also provided for young adult issues that revolve around attachment-separation, social skills, behavioral management, and life choices with troubled youth. Special Intensive Therapy Tracks are offered for adolescent/young adults whose behavior is obstructing their current and future success.

Marital and Couples Therapy

Relationship therapy combines dynamic interactional analysis of process with interpersonal history to treat dysfunctional relationship dynamics. Treatment goals include enhancing partner communication and understanding, and developing better negotiation skills.  Intensive Therapy Tracks are particularly effective in crisis situations.

Family and Group Therapy

Interactional analysis is applied to define and work on group dynamics. Defining roles, interpersonal contracts, and the negotiation of those contracts is central to developing cooperative family/group dynamics. Special focus on effective parenting skills.
